Twitch Gamer Reveals the Reason Behind Denny Hamlin’s Boiling Frustration Against Kyle Larson That Burst to the Surface After Talladega NASCAR Race

Denny Hamlin was clearly not a happy man after the race at Talladega Superspeedway. Not only did he have a terrible race as a driver, but as an owner too his race was woeful.

All of this misery and frustration seeped in from the bottom to the surface level from his Twitter exchanges.

After the race, Hamlin posted some tweets that clearly outlined his anger, frustration and feeling of being upset with how the whole weekend went for him and his teams.

However, an online gamer and Twitch streamer revealed the reason why the Joe Gibbs Racing driver was so mad.

“If yall are wondering why @dennyhamlin is so mad about that move Larson made in the trivial yesterday, it’s because it triggered his PTSD from 2 years ago when he got absolutely annihilated by me in A-Fixed #suckstosuck,” he tweeted.

“Wrecker,” Hamlin replied.

Denny Hamlin apologizes for offensive tweet; set to undergo sensitivity training

Knowing the 23XI Racing co-owner Denny Hamlin, he didn’t refrain from calling out the defending champ after he made a questionable move in the end that led to Kurt Busch, and subsequently Bubba Wallace ending up in wrecks.

And to do so, the Joe Gibbs Racing driver posted a meme clip from The Family Guy that synced with Kyle Larson shoving Kurt Busch.

The only problem with that was, that it was potentially offensive to a certain group of people in the society, something Hamlin realized quite early and deleted the video. He then followed it up with an apology.

“I took down a post I made earlier today after reading some of the comments,” Hamlin tweeted. “It was a poor choice of memes and I saw how it was offensive. It came across totally wrong. I apologize,” Hamlin tweeted.

However, that wasn’t enough because NASCAR, going by their book, followed Hamlin’s tweet with the requirement of him going to sensitivity training.

“We have spoken with Denny Hamlin regarding his tweet from yesterday. Toyota supports NASCAR’s decision to mandate sensitivity training for Denny and we will all move forward together,” Toyota said of NASCAR’s decision.
