For your information to be removed by Google, it will need to meet certain criteria.

If it’s information like your bank account number, social security number, login credentials or a photo of your ID, Google should agree to remove it.

Google says: “If you are unable to have a website owner remove the content from the site, Google may remove personal information that creates significant risks of identity theft, financial fraud, or other specific harms.”

First, you need to find the information you want removed.

You can try contacting the owner of the website your information is on before reaching out to Google.

If you can’t do this or don’t want to, you’ll need to fill out Google’s form.

Go to the Google Support page and select the relevant form for the type of information you want removed.

You’ll have to explain what the information is and where you saw it.

Google will ask for some information so it can contact you about your request.
